What's the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, log in and click on "My Account" in the top right corner. There you will see all the orders that you have placed and the status of each order. "Pending" means it's on its way to production. "In Production" means that your bag is being produced. "Shipped" means that it's on its way to the designated Shipping Address that you've indicated on your order. If you have further questions, just email info@BoojieGifts.com and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected international locations: Canada, The US, Europe, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Brazil for USD$39.95.
How does my Boojie bag get delivered?
All US orders are sent to the address you specify via FedEx Ground except for PO Box addresses.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your customized Boojie bag will take approximately 3 weeks to be produced. Orders cannot be processed until all information is received with the photograph/digital image. If you need it quicker, we'll try to work within your timeframe. Please email specific delivery date requests to info@BoojieGifts.com.
What are the delivery options?
We ship within approximately 3 weeks of the order. You can choose between standard (3-4 week) or Priority. Priority orders are rushed through the production process and typically arrive about a week earlier than standard production orders.
What are the shipping and handling costs?
USD$9.95 FedEx ground (3-4 weeks in the US). USD$22.95 Priority (2-3 weeks in the US). USD$39.95 Outside of the US (Shipping time varies).
Can a Boojie bag be delivered to someone else?
Yes. Just enter the address of where you want it delivered to, in the Shipping Address section.
How will I know when my order ships?
We will email you a shipping confirmation when your order ships. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email.
